Congress has passed legislation providing temporary relief from unsustainable Medicare payment cuts for clinical laboratory testing. This relief is crucial to safeguarding timely access to test results for patients across the country. Our work now is to advocate for Congress to achieve lasting foundational reforms through the enactment of the RESULTS Act.
